Your Impact
As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading core HR operations within an international trading company.
- You will manage and develop a team of HR professionals across payroll, organization development, people partnering, and administration (including front desk and related functions).
- You will ensure accurate payroll operations, compliance with labor regulations, and alignment of HR systems, policies, and culture across all business units.
- You will drive HR automation and process optimization through HRIS implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll achieve this by strengthening payroll accuracy, standardizing HR practices across the company, enabling process automation, and supporting leadership with reliable operational HR solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing end-to-end payroll calculation and processing for all legal entities within the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Providing expert guidance on compensation and benefits (C&B) matters.
- Acting as the escalation point for complex and sensitive HR issues.
- Supporting senior and executive-level recruitment activities.
- Establishing HR standards, best practices, and alignment across all entities of the group.
- Supporting and overseeing the integration of new or acquired business units.
- Ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the execution of development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- You demonstrate extensive HR experience across multiple HR functions.
- You have proven experience managing and developing HR teams.
- You are highly proficient in end-to-end payroll calculation across multiple entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- You have strong knowledge of labor laws and are skilled in providing clear guidance on employee-related matters.
- You have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms to automate processes and improve data accuracy.
- You demonstrate strong business acumen and are skilled in aligning HR strategy with organizational goals.
- You are results-driven, accountable, and skilled in managing complex HR operations.
- You have excellent English communication skills for professional and international business environments.
Must Have
- Strong experience managing payroll operations within a structured corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and automation of HR processes.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
