Your Impact
As an Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s corporate investment strategy within a dynamic and growth-driven environment.
- You will lead end-to-end investment activities across Private Equity (PE), strategic investments, and portfolio development initiatives.
- You will evaluate investment opportunities through rigorous financial modeling, financial due diligence, and feasibility studies to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- You will drive investment negotiations, structure transactions, and ensure alignment with corporate growth objectives and shareholder value creation.

- Managing Private Equity (PE) investment processes from sourcing to execution.
- Building advanced financial models to assess valuation, risk, and return scenarios.
- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Preparing and evaluating feasibility studies for new ventures and expansion initiatives.
- Leading and advancing complex investment negotiations and transaction structuring.
- Defining, monitoring, and optimizing investment KPIs across the portfolio.
- Presenting investment proposals and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Leading investment committee documentation, preparing IC memos, and presenting recommendations for approval.

- You are well-versed in overseeing multi-entity investment initiatives and post-investment governance frameworks.
- You are proficient in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in making high-impact financial decisions within complex environments.
- You communicate confidently in professional business environments; English proficiency is a plus.
