- Overseeing all legal aspects of business transactions to ensure compliance and reduce exposure.
- Involving yourself in labor law matters, disputes, and negotiations to ensure fair and legal practices.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders to protect and advance the company’s interests.
- Monitoring regulatory developments to anticipate potential impacts and recommend action.
- Developing training and awareness initiatives to build legal literacy across teams.
- Managing legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, MoUs, and NDAs.
