- Overseeing document preparation to support pitches, presentations, and investment memoranda.
- Involving in market and industry research to validate financial assumptions and growth strategies.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned, timely execution of M&A projects.
- Contributing to strategic recommendations through detailed, data-backed insights.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You have proven experience in financial analysis or valuation processes to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Excel to build, maintain, and interpret complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
- You demonstrate strong skills in PowerPoint to deliver clear and impactful client presentations.
- You have exposure to due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, and operational reviews.
- You possess a strong command of English to articulate insights and collaborate in multinational environments.
