Your Impact

As Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a multi-concept business that operates several restaurants and a complementary furniture/showroom line. You will drive customer acquisition, guest retention, and brand differentiation.

  • Your expertise in local-store marketing, digital performance, and experiential campaigns will boost online orders and reservations and grow showroom traffic and B2B furniture sales.
  • Your strong cross-functional leadership will align marketing, operations, F&B teams, and sales to deliver consistent brand experiences across outlets and retail spaces.

Success in this role means measurable growth in restaurant covers, average check, repeat visitation, and showroom conversion rates, achieved through integrated campaigns, data-driven optimization, and close collaboration with operations. You will deliver clear ROI on marketing spend by building scalable acquisition funnels, loyalty programs, and seasonal activations that turn first-time guests into loyal customers and retail buyers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that covers restaurants (multi-location), furniture showrooms, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
  • Own monthly marketing P&L: plan budgets, allocate spend across channels, and report ROI.
  • Lead local-store marketing for each restaurant: promotions, events, partnerships, and community outreach to drive footfall.
  • Design and run digital performance campaigns (SEM, social paid, display, retargeting) to drive reservations, takeaway, and showroom leads.
  • Build and scale CRM, loyalty, and retention programs (email, SMS, app notifications) to lift repeat rates and lifetime value.
  • Oversee content strategy and creative execution: menus, social content, food & product photography, showrooms, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with operations and POS teams to integrate promotions, track redemptions, and measure campaign impact.
  • Manage agencies, media buying, influencers, and PR to amplify brand visibility.
  • Optimize online presence: local SEO, Google My Business, review management, and reservation/ordering platform partnerships.
  • Run shopper/guest behavior analysis and A/B tests to improve conversion across web, app, and in-store touchpoints continuously.
  • Lead a small marketing team; set KPIs, mentor talent, and hire as the function scales.
What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • You are experienced in multi-location restaurant marketing and retail showroom promotion, with a track record of driving footfall and sales.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable owning acquisition funnels, attribution, LTV/CAC calculations, and marketing dashboards.
  • You are skilled in digital marketing execution (SEM, paid social, email automation, CRM) and skilled in brief/scale creative production.
  • You are proficient in local-store marketing tactics, events, community partnerships, POS promotions, and in-store merchandising.
  • You are experienced with CRM/Loyalty platforms and retention frameworks that increase repeat visits and average order value.
  • You are adept at budget management and delivering measurable ROI from diverse marketing channels.
  • You are an effective people manager and cross-functional leader who aligns marketing with operations and commercial goals.
  • You bring strong commercial acumen and a results-first mindset, and are comfortable iterating quickly and learning from experiments.
