Your Impact
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers across all company channels.
- You will develop and implement integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media management, and structured content planning aligned with business goals.
- You will continuously monitor competitors, analyze industry trends, and identify potential market opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
- You will collaborate closely with all internal departments and external stakeholders, partners, and key clients to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational objectives.

You’ll achieve this by leading data-driven marketing initiatives, managing content production cycles, optimizing SEO and digital performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing specialists and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Designing and managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media activities, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Managing the full content production cycle for social media, SEO teams, and related specialists.
- Planning and overseeing the organization’s marketing budget and monitoring financial performance.
- Conducting ongoing competitor analysis and monitoring industry players’ behaviors and trends.
- Identifying potential market opportunities and supporting new product launches.
- Planning and executing branding initiatives and visual identity strategies across all communication channels.
- Managing and coordinating marketing department specialists to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participating in identifying potential customers and supporting conversion strategies.
- Optimizing website content for search engines (technical SEO, on-page, off-page) and crafting persuasive advertising copy.
- Managing and supervising social media activities and creating engaging content.
- Utilizing advertising tools such as Google Ads and other digital platforms to increase traffic and sales.
- Analyzing, optimizing, and reporting campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, CRM systems, and other monitoring platforms.
- Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs such as LTV, CPI, CAC, and Payback Period to ensure positive ROI.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You have strong knowledge of marketing principles and branding concepts.
- You are experienced in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Email & SMS Automation, and retargeting and native advertising campaigns.
- You are proficient in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page) and tools such as Google Search Console.
- You are skilled in web and social media analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar.
- You are familiar with both domestic and international online advertising platforms.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- You possess strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and are skilled in collaborating effectively across departments.
- You are system-oriented, structured, creative, and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in performance marketing and brand marketing is highly valued.
- You are experienced in offline marketing tools and BTL activities, including event marketing, field campaigns, trade marketing, and print-based promotional executions.
Must Have
- Proven experience in integrated marketing within online service businesses, with strong digital marketing and SEO expertise, and hands-on experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
