Your Impact

As a Modern Trade Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director, and you will play a pivotal role in driving the chain sales strategy across the country. 

  • Your expertise in modern trade will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring product availability, and maximizing revenue.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means delivering consistent growth in chain sales, improving market share, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through strong collaboration with retailers and internal teams. Improving processes of contracts with external teams and smooth collection of claims also means success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading the development and execution of modern trade strategies.
  • Implementing effective sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Supporting key retail partners in maximizing product visibility and availability.
  • Overseeing negotiations with major chains and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Involving yourself in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align on business goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with sales policies, budget guidelines, and operational standards.
