Your Impact

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s purchasing, supply chain, and inventory operations.

  • You will ensure the timely sourcing of high-quality ingredients, packaging, and equipment while maintaining cost efficiency and operational reliability across all restaurant locations.
  • You will lead end-to-end procurement workflows, from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation and delivery coordination.
  • You will design and implement procurement systems that ensure agility, cost control, and scalability as the company expands its restaurant network.
  • You will drive vendor strategy and ensure alignment between procurement goals and long-term business growth.

You’ll achieve this by establishing structured procurement systems, building long-term supplier relationships, and ensuring precise demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with operational and financial goals.
  • Ensuring the consistent supply of ingredients, packaging, and equipment based on restaurant demand and production forecasts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and production teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong vendor relationships to secure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Reviewing and analyzing purchase orders, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Implementing procurement policies, systems, and compliance standards to enhance transparency and control.
  • Leading procurement team members and ensuring continuous skill development and performance improvement.
  • Utilizing data analytics and reporting tools to monitor purchasing KPIs (cost variance, supplier lead times, stock turnover).
  • Collaborating with finance, operations, and production departments to align procurement with the overall business strategy.
  • Identifying and executing opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

  • You are proficient in procurement systems, ERP tools, and MS Office applications.
  • You are known as a trustworthy and detail-oriented professional with high business ethics and integrity.
