Your Impact
As a Production Supervisor, you will report directly to the VP of Factory, playing a pivotal role in driving manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading production teams to achieve optimal performance through effective planning and guidance.
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
- Supporting the development and training of team members to reach their highest potential.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is well-maintained and that downtime is minimized.
- Analyzing production reports and data from 24/7 shifts to identify areas for improvement and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations and production timelines.
- Managing resources efficiently to reduce downtime and improve output quality.
- Communicating regularly with management and other departments (such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics) to ensure alignment on production goals.
