As a Sales Director, you will be the strategic architect and operational owner of the company’s sales growth within the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across the country.
- Building and developing the full sales structure, including field teams, supervisors, and channel managers.
- Identifying target markets, analyzing competitors, and defining pricing and commercial models.
- Expanding and optimizing distribution channels (wholesale, retail chains, restaurants, distribution networks, and other relevant channels).
- Acquiring and managing key accounts while negotiating and closing high-value commercial contracts.
- Defining sales KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing analytical reports to executive leadership.
- Collaborating closely with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between production capacity and sales growth.
- Maintaining active field presence and participating directly in critical sales processes.
- Continuously optimizing strategies based on market data, performance insights, and industry dynamics.
