About the Job:
The sales department in our organization operates in four divisions: B2B sales, stores, dealerships, and online. Therefore, the role of sales manager in our organization is very crucial and important.
In this position, our future colleague will be responsible for the overall leadership of all sales teams, planning and developing sales strategies, monitoring new sales opportunities, and taking effective steps to help increase sales and revenue for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the sales team
- Determining sales strategies and developing operational plans to increase sales and facilitate the company’s growth
- Analyzing the market and competitors and creating new opportunities for market expansion
- Determining strategies to improve customer relations
- Preparing periodic and analytical reports
- Communicating and collaborating with product development teams to participate in product development
- Optimizing current processes to accelerate sales processes
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, other management fields, …)
- Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team leadership skills
- Ability to analyze the market and strong marketing knowledge
- Strong time management and planning skills
