The activities of our organization in the sales department are very extensive and in interaction with real, legal, and governmental customers. Therefore, in addition to planning, leading, and managing the sales team, our future colleague must be a professional negotiator and a person with strategic thinking. Also, in this position, it is necessary for our future colleague to have the ability to provide comprehensive and regular reports in order to analyze the current status of the organization’s sales strategies and present new strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the sales team
- Developing sales strategies to achieve goals and create effective strategies
- Determining strategies to improve customer relations
- Preparing comprehensive and accurate periodic and analytical reports
- Communicating and collaborating with product development teams to participate in product development
- Optimizing current processes to accelerate sales processes
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, other management fields, …)
- Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team leadership skills
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills
