Your Impact

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and optimize multi-channel sales operations, encompassing in-store, online, and telesales channels, to ensure strong revenue growth and customer engagement across both B2C and B2B segments.

  • Your expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, and performance analysis will drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies across retail, e-commerce, telesales, and B2B channels.
  • Managing and developing sales teams (including field sales, store staff, and telesales operators) to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Creating scalable training programs for sellers to ensure product knowledge, customer interaction quality, and upselling skills.
  • Developing pricing, discount, and incentive policies in collaboration with marketing and finance.
  • Monitoring online sales performance, analyzing conversion funnels, and optimizing campaigns in collaboration with digital teams.
  • Establishing performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track progress and optimize strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key accounts to support business growth.
  • Collaborating with logistics and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.
  • Staying updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
