Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and managing the sales team to ensure performance and target achievement.
- Building a structured, scalable sales organization tailored to B2B, B2C, and export channels.
- Developing short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to drive insights, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
- Preparing regular analytical sales reports for the board of directors.
- Managing and expanding sales operations in different markets.
- Collaborating with production, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between demand planning and sales goals.
- Identifying growth opportunities in domestic and global markets and guiding the team toward high-value segments.
- Implementing CRM and data-driven sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and international partners.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You have proven experience as a Sales Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment (B2B/B2C).
- You are experienced in team leadership, coaching, and performance management of sales teams.
- You have strong skills in designing and optimizing sales structures, processes, and pipelines.
- You are fully data-driven, skilled in analyzing metrics, dashboards, and trends to guide decision-making.
- You have experience preparing and presenting analytical sales reports to executive leadership.
- You have proven experience managing sales to distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and large B2B buyers.
- You have hands-on involvement in domestic (Tehran & nationwide) and international/export sales.
- You possess strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- You are strategic, organized, and skilled at managing multiple markets simultaneously.
- You demonstrate hands-on experience managing export sales in regional markets (Middle East & neighboring countries).
Must Have
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing markets, distributors, and bulk buyers
