Your Impact

As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the frontline of driving business growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from engaging with prospects to closing initial deals.

  • You will represent the company in meetings with clients, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Your excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth coordination of operational tasks, from preparing proposals to following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, initial meetings, and proposal preparation.
  • Participating in client meetings and advancing early-stage negotiations.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records, tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery.
  • Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Supporting operational tasks, including contract preparation, documentation, and after-sales follow-up.
What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • You are fluent in English (verbal & written) and confident in client-facing communication.
  • You have proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in medical or technical industries.
  • You have experience in selling medical or dental equipment, or are eager to quickly learn the dental market and become a trusted advisor to clients.
  • You are skilled in CRM systems and sales reporting to maintain pipeline visibility.
  • You bring excellent negotiation and presentation skills to drive early-stage deals forward.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized, skilled in handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You have strong follow-up and relationship-building skills to maintain client engagement.
  • You are comfortable in international settings, collaborating with diverse teams and clients.
  • You demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and are skilled in working independently with minimal supervision.
