Your Impact

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies across multiple markets.

  • You will lead and support the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Your data-driven approach will enable accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • You will strengthen customer relationships across Tehran, nationwide branches, and external markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coaching the sales team to ensure target achievement and professional performance.
  • Designing, implementing, and improving sales processes and pipelines for B2B & B2C channels.
  • Monitoring daily sales operations and supporting team members in resolving challenges.
  • Tracking KPIs, reviewing dashboards, and analyzing data to improve sales efficiency.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports for management and presenting insights for decision-making.
  • Managing and driving software sales operations across B2B segments, ensuring structured SaaS sales cycles and consistent revenue growth.
  • Leading and coordinating different business lines, ensuring alignment of sales strategy, targets, and execution across all product verticals.
  • Supporting lead generation, negotiation, and closing activities.
  • Ensuring CRM data accuracy and enabling the team to maintain updated records.
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Handling escalations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • You are experienced in supervising or coordinating sales teams and ensuring operational discipline.
  • You are skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven sales decision-making.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with enterprise clients.
  • You bring strong skills in handling multiple sales segments and supporting diverse business lines.
  • You are proficient in CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
  • You are proactive, organized, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and technical units.
