Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and management accounts to ensure alignment with accounting standards.
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with laws.
- Supporting budget planning and performance monitoring to help align expenditures with strategic goals.
- Overseeing the timely submission of tax declarations, including corporate tax, VAT, seasonal reports, and other statutory filings.
- Involving in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary payments, insurance deductions, and tax calculations in line with regulations.
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory authorities, to support audit readiness and accurate reporting.
- Reviewing and improving current financial and accounting systems to enhance process efficiency.
- Managing financial settlements and reconciliations with vendors, clients, and third parties to eliminate discrepancies.
