- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with embassies, law firms, and global immigration service providers.
- Designing and refining business models and workflows that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Leading feasibility studies and financial analysis for new service development and partnership projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of new immigration products and programs.
- Managing negotiations, drafting partnership proposals, and preparing business presentations.
- Coordinating with marketing and operations to align sales campaigns with market goals.
- Supporting the development of internal processes, SOPs, and service documentation to ensure scalability.
- Reporting directly to executive management on business performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You possess an in-depth understanding of global residency and migration markets, particularly in Europe.
- You possess strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are experienced in market research and data analysis.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is a plus).
- You are proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
- You are analytical, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple business projects simultaneously.
- You demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment.
Must Have
- Strong understanding of immigration and residency program structures, including investor, skilled worker, and digital nomad visas.
