Your Impact

As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the HR foundation and organizational culture of a fast-evolving, large-scale environment.

  • Your expertise in performance management, organizational development, and employee relations will directly contribute to building a high-performing, value-driven workforce aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Proven experience in managing and improving people experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to establish scalable HR systems, enhance employee experience, and support the business in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role entails establishing a robust, scalable HR infrastructure that enables leaders, fosters employee development, and enhances organizational efficiency.
This includes establishing robust documentation practices, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring compliance across HR touchpoints, while staying agile in supporting evolving business priorities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing HR day-to-day operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee files, and HR administration.
  • Support workforce planning, competency frameworks, and job architecture design across business units.
  • Help design and implement performance management systems (including OKRs, feedback cycles, and development plans).
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies through continuous advisory and audits.
  • Design and coordinate learning & development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and capability gaps.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, benefits planning, and well-being programs.
  • Facilitate internal communication, culture-building programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • Proven track record in both strategic HR planning and hands-on execution in dynamic environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing HR operations in complex organizational structures.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing end-to-end HR systems, including payroll, ATS, LMS, and performance tools.
  • Familiarity with OKRs, KPI systems, and modern performance review frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HR data and systems, including employee lifecycle tracking and data-driven reporting.
  • Experience building and managing learning and development programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with a proactive mindset toward HR innovation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workflows.
  • Experienced in working in a mission-driven or fast-scaling environment.
