Your Impact

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving brand growth and shaping the market presence of our dermo cosmetic product line. You will lead and develop the existing marketing teams while establishing a new, dedicated market research unit to provide deep insights into consumer behavior and industry trends.

  • Your expertise in the cosmetics and beauty industry will allow you to design and implement innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences and strengthen the brand’s competitive position.
  • Your strong leadership, combined with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making, will ensure the successful execution of 360° marketing campaigns that fuel growth, loyalty, and long-term brand equity.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and mentoring existing marketing teams, while establishing and managing a specialized market research department.
  • Designing and executing integrated marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, TTL) tailored to the cosmetics and dermocosmetic industry.
  • Driving product positioning and brand storytelling to increase awareness, loyalty, and sales.
  • Conducting competitive and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and white spaces.
  • Developing and monitoring marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and ROI.
  • Partnering with R&D, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with innovation and customer needs.
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce growth.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to top management on brand expansion, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
