You’ll achieve this by leading the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, and continuously refining based on user insights and data.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading end-to-end design for new features and core product improvements.
- Creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mockups that guide development and elevate the overall user experience.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement design systems and visual guidelines.
- Translating business goals and technical constraints into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
- Advocating for user needs and championing design best practices across the organization.
