Your Impact

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong talent pipeline for both factory and head office operations.

  • You will manage end-to-end hiring for technical, operational, and administrative roles across multiple channels.
  • You will ensure recruitment processes comply with labor regulations and organizational standards.
  • You will support workforce planning and improve hiring quality by aligning recruitment efforts with business needs.

You’ll achieve this through structured hiring workflows, strong coordination with the factory and other teams, and adherence to legal and HR compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, especially in the industrial sector.
  • Coordinating hiring needs between the factory and the head office to ensure the timely execution of staffing plans.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between the factory site and the central office.
  • Conducting interviews, assessments, reference checks, and job offer processes.
  • Preparing recruitment reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
  • Building and managing an updated talent pool for technical, operational, and administrative roles.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws during recruitment.
  • Collaborating with HR, line managers, and operational units to define job requirements.
  • Improving recruitment workflows, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Participating in onboarding and integration processes for new hires.

What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • You have proven experience in recruitment for manufacturing environments.
  • You are skilled in commuting between the factory and headquarters regularly.
  • You are fully proficient in labor law, wage structures, insurance requirements, and compliance within factory environments.
  • You are skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • You have experience hiring for high-volume technical or operational positions.
  • You bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are skilled in working effectively in fast-paced industrial environments and communicating with different workforce levels, from technicians to senior management.
  • You are data-driven and proficient with ATS/HR tools, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • You are organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • You collaborate effectively with HR teams and department managers.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment for manufacturing environments
  • Strong mastery of Labor Law, hiring compliance, and factory HR regulations
  • Proven expertise in hiring technical, operational, shift-based, and frontline roles
