Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading Agile teams to adopt and apply Scrum values and practices with consistency and discipline.
- Implementing Agile metrics to track team velocity, identify bottlenecks, and optimize delivery processes.
- Supporting team members by removing impediments and promoting a culture of self-organization.
- Overseeing Scrum ceremonies to ensure they are effective, engaging, and purpose-driven.
- Involving stakeholders in key Agile events to ensure alignment and transparency across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Product Managers to maintain well-groomed, prioritized product backlogs.
- Scaling Agile practices beyond the team level to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Aligning Agile execution with broader strategic objectives through continuous feedback loops.
