Your Impact

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with international opportunities. Working as a part of a global recruitment agency, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for international tech positions, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse markets.
  • Analyzing job application rates on the platform, diagnosing reasons for low applications, and working with relevant teams to improve them.
  • Coordinating multiple recruitment pipelines, prioritizing them to ensure timely placements for clients.
  • Supporting hiring managers by offering guidance and insight into talent acquisition best practices.
  • Overseeing interview processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure all client needs are met.
