Your Impact

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company’s workforce by leading recruitment, competency development, and talent management initiatives in one of the most dynamic industries in the world. Your mission is to design and execute best-in-class hiring and development strategies that ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent.

  • You will oversee the full talent lifecycle, from workforce planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding, competency framework design, and talent pipeline development.
  • Your leadership will directly influence the company’s ability to meet its business goals through a highly skilled, motivated, and future-ready workforce.

You will reduce hiring time, elevate candidate experience, and ensure the workforce is aligned with both operational demands and strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment operations across technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
  • Designing and implementing competency frameworks to standardize evaluations and guide professional growth.
  • Developing and executing talent development and succession planning programs.
  • Partnering with executives to forecast manpower needs and design scalable workforce plans.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Enhancing employer branding and external partnerships to attract specialized oil & gas professionals.
  • Utilizing HR analytics and ATS platforms to optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention).
  • Overseeing payroll coordination, contract administration, and manpower documentation for compliance.
  • Collaborating with site HR teams on rotation schedules, workforce logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Leading and mentoring recruitment and HR operations teams to ensure a culture of excellence and accountability.
What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent management within large, industrial organizations.
  • Experience in the oil & gas or energy sector, with deep knowledge of technical and project-based hiring.
  • Proven expertise in competency framework design and performance management implementation.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and ATS platforms, leveraging data to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for global coordination.
  • Advanced stakeholder management, confident working with executives, engineers, and field teams alike.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, building high-performing, collaborative HR teams.
  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills, ensuring structure, efficiency, and compliance.
