Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Overseeing inventory control processes, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Implementing and maintaining Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Developing and optimizing warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitoring and reporting on warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, turnaround time).
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards across all warehouse activities.
- Leading, training, and motivating warehouse staff, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Managing warehouse budget and controlling operational costs without compromising service levels.
