As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely inventory movement.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinating and standardizing operational workflows across multiple warehouses to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Planning warehouse activities, forecasting needs, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Monitoring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliation.
- Managing inventory accuracy for both raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper tracking and alignment with production needs.
- Implementing FIFO/FEFO and other inventory rotation standards to maintain product quality and reduce stock aging.
- Ensuring proper documentation, inventory recording, and ERP system updates.
- Leveraging the ERP system for accurate stock visibility, reporting, and operational consistency across all warehouses.
- Implementing safety standards, operational procedures, and quality control measures.
- Coordinating closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Managing warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and overseeing performance.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Preparing operational and inventory reports for senior management.
