About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of an innovative technology company. We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to design and build scalable backend services and to raise the quality and reliability of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain Python backend services
- Design and optimize APIs and databases
- Ensure code quality through testing and code review
- Collaborate with product and DevOps teams
- Improve system performance and scalability
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development with Python
- Strong with a framework (Django / FastAPI)
- Experience with PostgreSQL and schema design
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Kubernetes and microservices experience
- Message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
