About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the fashion sector. We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to run day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure accurate, efficient inventory and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
- Manage receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Report on operations, stock and KPIs
Requirements
- 4+ years in warehouse/logistics, including supervision
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes
- Experience with WMS/inventory systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Rahkaran.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership and organization skills
Nice to have
- Fashion/retail or e-commerce fulfillment experience
- Continuous-improvement mindset
