Production Planning Manager

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a leading apparel manufacturing company. We're seeking a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production process, from product development through final manufacturing, optimize production efficiency, ensure product quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products on time.

• Own production planning, execution, and performance across apparel manufacturing operations
• Manage in-house production capacity and external manufacturing partners
• Oversee cutting, sewing, finishing, and on-time delivery of finished products
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory
• Collaborate closely with design, planning, sourcing, warehouse, quality, and sales teams
• Track production KPIs and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and production procedures

• 7+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, including a production management role
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing
• Experience with production planning, capacity management, and WIP control
• Strong analytical skills to interpret production and inventory data and drive operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Rahkaran ERP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills

• Experience working with fashion or apparel brands
• Familiarity with product development and collaboration with design teams
