HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the HR-services sector. We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring and deliver a great experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle across roles
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements
- Manage the pipeline and candidate experience
- Coordinate offers and onboarding hand-off
- Track hiring metrics and improve the process
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Good judgement of fit and skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools
- Candidate-focused and proactive
Nice to have
- Tech or high-volume recruiting experience
- Employer-branding experience
- English communication skills
