About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the e-commerce sector. We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide an engineering team, own technical decisions and deliver high-quality products at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Own architecture and key technical decisions
- Drive code quality, standards and best practices
- Deliver features reliably alongside the team
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders
- Support hiring and team growth
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering, including team leadership
- Strong architecture and system-design skills
- Hands-on with a modern stack (backend and/or full-stack)
- Experience delivering products at scale
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Strong problem-solving and ownership
Nice to have
- E-commerce or high-traffic systems experience
- Cloud and microservices experience
- Experience improving engineering processes
