About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a technology company. We're seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy, engineering organization and product delivery, and to scale the platform for growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the technology strategy and roadmap
- Lead, grow and mentor the engineering organization
- Ensure scalable, secure and reliable architecture
- Align technology with business goals and product strategy
- Drive engineering standards, delivery and quality
- Manage technology budget and key vendor relationships
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, incl. senior technical leadership
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams
- Strong architecture and system-design expertise
- Track record of delivering products at scale
- Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking
- Experience partnering with executive leadership
Nice to have
- Startup or high-growth experience
- Domain experience in the company's sector
- Experience with modern cloud and data platforms
