UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create clear and user-centered experiences for a fintech company’s web and mobile products. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and concept development to delivery and iteration
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs and pain points
• Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design high-fidelity interfaces for responsive web and mobile products
• Simplify complex financial processes, dashboards, and data-heavy experiences
• Build, maintain, and evolve reusable components and design systems in Figma
• Apply accessibility, responsive-design, and usability standards across product experiences
• Validate design decisions through user feedback, product analytics, and structured testing
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and business stakeholders
• Prepare clear design specifications and support accurate implementation through design QA
• Iterate on released features based on user behavior, feedback, and business outcomes
• Stay current with UI/UX, fintech, and digital-product design practices

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, or a related role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for web and mobile products
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Strong user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and usability-testing skills
• Solid visual design, interaction design, typography, layout, and information-hierarchy skills
• Experience designing responsive, accessible, and data-heavy digital products
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment
• Strong skills in translating complex business and user requirements into clear product experiences
