Product Lead

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company operating in the Technology industry. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Product Lead with strong technical expertise to drive product strategy, shape the product roadmap, and lead the product team while supporting business growth and the development of scalable solutions.

• Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Build, develop, and lead the product team, fostering effective collaboration across team members and business functions.
• Lead the product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and requirements definition to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering and business teams to translate market needs into practical, scalable product solutions.
• Contribute to technical product decisions, evaluating solutions based on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
• Prioritize product requirements and manage the roadmap and backlog based on business value and technical complexity.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and new product initiatives.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to improve performance and support decision-making.
• Align key stakeholders and cross-functional teams around product priorities and strategic objectives.

• Significant experience in product management, preferably with B2B software or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and contribute to technical product decisions.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and a solid understanding of software and service integrations.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements prioritization.
• Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and coordinating across product, engineering, and business functions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate product performance and inform decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and prioritization skills.

• Experience in SMS services, messaging platforms, telephony infrastructure, or telecommunications.
• Background in software development, Business Intelligence (BI), or data analytics.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-scale products.
• Experience with API-driven products and platforms serving business customers.
