Distribution Center Manager

HR Bamboos is seeking a Distribution Center Manager on behalf of a well-known pharmaceutical distribution company to comprehensively manage Yazd's province branch. In this pivotal role, the primary objective is to lead sales teams, manage inventory, and oversee the daily operations of the branch. We are looking for a capable and results-oriented manager to take direct responsibility for achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and increasing market share in that province.

• Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve the volume and revenue targets set for the branch.
• Manage warehouse inventory, monitor product expiration dates (enforcing FEFO), and control the distribution process.
• Continuously track the status of accounts and collect receivables and returned checks from pharmacies and government centers.
• Constructively interact with and respond to inspectors from the University of Medical Sciences and the provincial Food and Drug Administration.
• Address customer feedback and complaints, making appropriate decisions to improve the branch's service quality.
• Manage the branch budget, control ongoing costs, and fully protect physical and financial assets.
• Ensure strict execution of disciplinary regulations, safety guidelines (HSE), and organizational directives.

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years of successful experience in sales supervision or management.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Economics, or related fields).
• Strong grasp of sales, marketing, and distribution operations concepts.
• Proven ability to lead, organize, and motivate personnel.
• High proficiency in persuasion, negotiation techniques, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage principles (GDP and GSP) and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Skills in cost control, analyzing financial reports, and following up on receivables.

• Familiarity with direct distribution sales and accounting software.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacies, medical centers, and the pharmaceutical market in the target province.
• Completion of courses related to advanced sales and marketing techniques.
