Therefore, in addition to planning, leading, and managing the sales team, our future colleague must be a professional negotiator and a person with strategic thinking. Also, in this position, it is necessary for our future colleague to have the ability to provide comprehensive and regular reports in order to analyze the current status of the organization's sales strategies and present new strategies.

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the procurement of goods and raw materials for production. Therefore, in this position, our future colleague must manage the process from reviewing and drafting order registration documents to customs clearance, establish effective communication with international trading partners and suppliers, and oversee the improvement and facilitation of the company's import processes.
