Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the enhancement of the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Implementing procedures and guidelines for collecting, recording, and analyzing cost data to support strategic decision-making.
• Supporting accurate calculation and validation of direct material, labor, and overhead costs to ensure proper cost allocation.
• Overseeing the computation of the cost of goods manufactured, the cost of goods sold, and inventory valuation to support financial reporting.
• Involving in the development of analytical reports and cost variance analyses to highlight performance and support budgeting.
• Collaborating with finance and operations managers to plan budgets and manage production costs efficiently.
• Identifying cost deviations and proposing corrective measures to maintain profitability.
• Managing and mentoring the cost accounting team to foster performance and professional growth.
