Chief Financial Officer

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a medical equipment company for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance leader to oversee the company's financial operations, manage financial resources and cash flow, and drive financial planning and performance to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee all financial, accounting, and treasury operations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and the company's financial resources.
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide management reports and insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Oversee tax, audit, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to strategic business development decisions.
• Optimize financial processes and structures to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team while ensuring effective cross-functional coordination.
• Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders on strategic and operational decision-making.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including senior management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong command of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
• Experience in developing financial strategies, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Strong expertise in cash flow management, working capital, and financing.
• Experience overseeing audit, tax, and related regulatory processes.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including financial statement analysis and financial performance evaluation.
• Experience leading finance teams and managing cross-functional processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial and accounting software.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical equipment industries
• Professional financial certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CMA)
• Proficiency in English
