About Job:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to devise the software architecture and ensure the functionality and performance of the system. He/she will work closely with CTO and Product team to determine requirements of future developments.
As a key member of our development team, he/she would play a crucial role in team builing and coaching other team members for grow.
Our colleague requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Skill Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Python Developer
– Strong understanding of the Django framework
– In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and best practices
– Hands-on experience with database systems, web services, and API integrations
– Knowledge of developing CI/CD pipelines, and configuring Docker images and files
– Familiar with JavaScript and React
– Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills
– Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and managing development teams
