HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the HR-services sector. We're looking for a Talent Partner to own hiring for key roles and act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Partner with managers on hiring needs and strategy
- Source, assess and engage strong candidates
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Advise on talent, market and hiring decisions
- Track and improve hiring metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting / talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing, assessment and stakeholder skills
- Good understanding of talent markets
- Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools
- English communication skills
- Proactive and candidate-focused
- Excellent communication and organization
Nice to have
- Tech or specialized recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
