Senior Human Resources Specialist

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a language education organization for a Senior HR Specialist. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage HR processes, improve internal structures, and strengthen organizational culture to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

• Manage recruitment and selection processes based on the hiring needs of different departments.
• Oversee employee onboarding and follow up on the integration of new hires.
• Handle personnel administration, including employment contracts, employee records, attendance, leave, and final settlements.
• Leverage AI tools in day-to-day HR operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Address employee concerns, manage workplace conflicts, and handle disciplinary matters in accordance with internal policies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of employee retention and engagement initiatives.
• Support performance appraisal processes, document feedback, and identify employees’ training needs.
• Develop, document, and maintain HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strengthen organizational culture and foster effective communication among employees, departments, and management.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and experience applying them to HR processes.
• Good knowledge of labor law, personnel administration, and core HR processes.
• Experience working in multi-departmental environments and collaborating with different organizational functions.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills, with a focus on managing day-to-day operations and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience handling workplace interactions and conflicts.
• A high level of responsibility, organization, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
• Experience working effectively in a dynamic, growing environment.

• Experience in educational organizations and working with instructors or educational teams.
• Experience in service-oriented businesses, sales environments, or organizations with diverse operational departments.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize and automate HR processes.
