About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the international trade sector. We're looking for an HR Consultant to advise leadership on people strategy and to strengthen HR practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on HR strategy and organizational design
- Improve recruitment, performance and development processes
- Support policies, compensation and HR compliance
- Coach managers on people and team topics
- Run HR projects and change initiatives
- Use HR data to guide decisions
Requirements
- 6+ years in HR, including a senior/consulting role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor topics
- Experience advising leadership and managers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Structured, discreet and outcome-oriented
- Bachelor's in HR, Management or related
- English proficiency
Nice to have
- Consulting or multi-company experience
- Familiarity with modern HR tech/HRIS
