About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the fashion sector. We're seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and brand, and to drive growth across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the marketing strategy and plan
- Manage brand, content and campaigns across channels
- Lead digital marketing, social and performance activities
- Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI
- Analyze market, customers and campaign performance
- Lead and develop the marketing team
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, including a managerial role
- Strong command of digital and brand marketing
- Experience running campaigns and measuring results
- Data-driven, creative and organized
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or related
Nice to have
- Fashion/retail or consumer-brand experience
- Experience with e-commerce marketing
- Design/content sensibility
