About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the international trade sector. We're looking for a Finance Analyst to turn financial data into clear insight that supports planning, reporting and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis, models and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Track key financial metrics and KPIs
- Analyze costs, margins and profitability
- Provide insight for management decisions
- Improve reporting processes and data quality
Requirements
- 3+ years in financial analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and financial-modeling skills
- Advanced Excel; comfort with financial data
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- English proficiency
- Attention to detail and clear communication
Nice to have
- Experience with BI/reporting tools
- Trade or import/export finance background
