About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a leading company in the fintech sector. We're seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and analysis, and to act as a strategic partner to leadership on the company's financial health and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
- Manage cash flow, treasury and financial risk
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic and investment decisions
- Lead, develop and grow the finance team
Requirements
- 7+ years of finance experience, including a senior or managerial role
- Strong command of financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Experience managing cash flow and financial risk
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Familiarity with IFRS
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA or CPA
