About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a leading company. We're seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and analysis and to support management with reliable, timely financial insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Manage cash flow, payables/receivables and treasury
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Partner with management on financial decisions
- Lead and develop the finance/accounting team
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance experience, including a managerial role
- Strong financial planning, reporting and analysis skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax
- Experience with cash-flow management
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance or Accounting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with IFRS
- Professional qualification (CFA/ACCA/CPA)
