Head of Order Accounting

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company operating in the trading industry. We are looking for a Head of Order Accounting to lead the accounting processes related to commercial orders, ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, and work closely with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to support efficient business operations.

• Lead accounting processes related to purchase and sales orders
• Oversee the recording, reconciliation, and control of order-related financial transactions
• Ensure the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and other financial elements of commercial orders
• Partner with commercial, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare management reports and analyses related to order performance and financial status
• Improve internal controls and accounting processes across the order-to-settlement cycle
• Lead and mentor the Order Accounting team

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in order accounting or commercial operations
• Solid understanding of purchasing, sales, and supply chain processes
• Experience working with ERP and financial systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
