About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. We're seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function, ensure financial integrity, optimize financial processes, and support business decisions through successful Rahkaran ERP implementation and strong expertise in industrial cost accounting.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance
- Oversee monthly and annual closings, financial statements, and management reporting
- Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Rahkaran ERP financial modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation process
- Oversee industrial cost accounting, cost analysis, and profitability reporting to support operational performance
- Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
Requirements
- 8+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong expertise in industrial cost accounting
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance
- Proven hands-on experience implementing Rahkaran ERP
- Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and management reporting
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in medium or large manufacturing companies
- Familiarity with IFRS
