HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a reputable trading company. We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and support the organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HR administration and employee-related operations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining hiring needs to onboarding
- Plan and implement employee training and development programs
- Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives aligned with business requirements
- Improve HR processes and practices to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor and social security regulations
- Lead and develop the HR team and partner with managers on people-related matters
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in managerial roles
- Hands-on experience across HR administration, recruitment, and learning & development
- Strong skill in designing, implementing, and improving HR processes
- Strong command of labor and social security regulations
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR software
- Experience managing teams and working effectively with managers and employees
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and multitasking skills
